About Kimberly

I am currently a team leader for The Conrad Hatch Team at Coldwell Banker and have been a licensed real estate agent since 2014. I take great pride in delivering a high level of client service combined with deep local market expertise. My client base is diverse, ranging from first-time homebuyers and corporate relocations to luxury buyers and downsizers.  Regardless of each client’s unique buying or selling needs, my commitment and dedication remain consistent—from our initial meeting through to a successful closing.

My previous experience in investment management with Wellington Management in both Boston and London has allowed me to develop strong relationship-building and transactional management skills—both essential to success in the real estate industry. A Connecticut native, I spent 13 years living out of state and abroad before choosing to return to central Connecticut in 2013 to raise my family.

When I’m not assisting clients with their real estate needs, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children. I am also actively involved in the community through my volunteer work with the Hartford Hospital Auxiliary
