One-level living at it's finest--welcome to one of Clocktower's more unique layouts! Tucked into a quiet corner of the building, this unit features 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Vaulted ceilings throughout and big windows mean there's no shortage of natural light. Enter through the main door into a large, inviting hallway. The primary suite and full bathroom are the first stop, with plenty of closet space and room to spread out your furniture. New carpet runs throughout the unit. The main space is a large living room/dining room with nearly 20-foot ceilings - use your imagination when furnishing it. The kitchen sits just off the living room and is clean and in excellent condition, with stainless steel appliances and ample cabinet and counter space. In the back of the unit there's a bonus second bedroom or office, a great layout if you're considering a roommate. Every room has its own heat and cooling and the elevator and ramp make the unit accessible without steps. All of this is in one of Norwalk's most desirable and character-rich buildings. The complex and HOA offer some great amenities, including a huge clubhouse with kitchen and office space, a fitness center, multiple coin-operated laundry rooms, and the most beautiful courtyard in Norwalk. You're in the center of Norwalk, a short distance from shopping, highways, trains, the beach, and everything in between. Come with excellent credit and make this home yours!
